I’m sorry, that was the error before the update…
And this is the error after the update:
Warning: require(themes/custom/index.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home3/greenba9/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-carousel/wp-carousel.php on line 1162
Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘themes/custom/index.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib64/php:/usr/lib/php’) in /home3/greenba9/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-carousel/wp-carousel.php on line 1162
Help please? Thanks!

Some users when upgrade to WP Carousel 1.0 replace the old folder with the new one, deleting any custom theme they had. Your problem is that when you uploaded the new release, theme “custom” was deleted.
You have at least one carousel that uses that theme, so WP Carousels warns you about it is trying to load a file that not exists. The file was one of the “custom” theme, which was erased when you upgraded to WP Carousel 1.0.
I don’t know if the problem is caused because the WordPress auto-update replaces the folder instead of replacing the old content with the new one but leaving the old content that has not any new version of just because some FTP clients behave like this.
Just reupload your “custom” theme and WP Carousel should stop showing that message.
This is the same problem that is covered in this topic.
