Before starting a new topic, please, check that:

  1. Your question is not answered in WP Carousel 1.0 help tab
  2. Your question is not answered in WP Carousel 1.0 documentation
  3. There isn’t any other topic about your question

If you start a new support topic, show:

  1. WordPress and WP Carousel version
  2. The problem through the clearest way (if you can, post an screenshot or the URL of the page with the error)
